What are you doing right now to ensure that your company succeeds no matter what happens with the economy?

What are you doing to make sure that you are consistently attracting large amounts of theright prospects?

What are you doing to make sure that your people and your processes work smoothly to keep customers coming back again and again?

In this unique luncheon educational event we will focus on  2 key areas of your business: Your “Inside Reality” and your “Outside Perception”

  • Your “Inside Reality” is what’s going on inside your business.  Its your people, your processes, and your strategies.  It’s what makes you unique and what makes you valuable as a company.
  • Your “Outside Perception” is what the marketplace thinks about your business.  It’s the reason or reasons why people do business with you.    Your Outside Perception is marketing driven.

In this event we’ll cover 7 Ways to Grow in Any Economy.  These 7 ways will help you with both your “Inside Reality” and your “Outside Perceptions”.  Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll learn:

  • Learn how Vince Lombardi’s approach to coaching football can put your marketing into overdrive.
  • Discover why strategic planning doesn’t work and what does (this little shift in thinking has been described as “powerful” “transformational” and “unbelievable freeing”)
  • Harness some of the marketing secrets that took a small business run by a 30 year old into a nearly $10 million per year company
  • Why don’t your employees listen?  Why don’t they work as hard as you want them to?  Why don’t they seem to care?  When you see how you should approach this you’ll be surpised at how refreshingly simple the solution is.
  • How to make your business a lead generating, sales producing magnet now matter what’s happening in your industry.  Put these 3 things to work right now.
  • Myths of people management debunked.
  • Why you already have the answer to every business problem at your fingertips…maybe even in your head and you just don’t know it.
